Lenovo FAILURE TO PROVIDE REFUND TO CREDIT CARD

Between Thanksgiving and Christmas, I ordered a T490S and returned it (order #429678****, RMA #422234****). My credit card account was credited upon the return. I then ordered a T490 (order #429681****, RMA #422238****). I received TWO computers, instead of ONE Laptop. Thus, I returned one T490. The return was logged into a Lenovo warehouse on January 6, 2021. I AM TRYING TO OBTAIN A REFUND TO MY CREDIT CARD FOR THE SECOND RETURNED LAPTOP ( order #429681****). Since January 15, I have had 17 courteous telephone conversations with Lenovo employees. Each time I have been assured that my credit card would be credited for the SECOND return. STILL NO CREDIT TO MY CARD. HOW CAN I OBTAIN THE CREDIT THAT HAS BEEN ASSURED BY EVERYONE WHO HAS REVIEWED THE RECORDS. HELP HELP HELP David A. Walker
