Left with no money for 3 days because of their mistake

Two weeks ago I used their ATM to get some money from my card. But there was something wrong with it and my account was blocked. I did everything right, that was their fault. All my money was on that card so I asked them for a small credit so that I had some money till they fixed the situation. They refused so I had to wait until the end of the investigation. It took 3 days! They investigated their own mistake but it was me who was left with no money. In the end they returned my card to me and apologized. I have been staying with them for more than 5 years. I like their service and fees. And they are always nice to me. So hope we will never have any other incidents like that.

I had a problem with an online banking, the solutions they suggested did not work, they were too obvious. The customer service talked to me like I was an idiot, repeating the same thing round and round. They were not nice to me.

    Most support services are like this. Do you know how many of these clients call them per day? By the end of the day, they no longer have the strength to be nice.
