Dear Sir/Madam I recently visited your Cape Gate Branch to cancel a Lay-Buy which only expire end of June and was told by the manager that they only cancel the Lay-Buy on the date it expires, that to me didn't make sense at all, I mean not even covid-19 was used as an excuse but was bluntly told that I cannot cancel my Lay-Buy however the lady wasnt rude but quite addement that shes not gonna cancel my lay-buy and refund me my deposit back. My reason for cancellation is Ive seen a similar wear for a much more affordable price at another retailer and want to rather do a Lay-Buy there but I am totally confuse please advise if this is a new term because I did not read it in the terms and conditions when ive made the Lay-Buy.
