Good Morning my name is Darryl Williams, I take either the 21 or 31 bus from Canterbury Street and Morton, I work directly behind Forest Hill Station. Every morning the buses are packed or filled to capacity forcing riders into unsafe conditions. Also a 10 min ride is now an hour, or buses pass by causing myself and others to be late due to no fault of our own. I tried to leave earlier. Buses are to packed and just go by. Some scheduling problems need to be resolved along this route. I have received warning for my tardiness.
