I am regularly bombarded with emails from Busuu but they have no interest in reminders about the subscription renewing and I am now trapped into a subscription for a further two years. What's worse is that I don't have time to pursue the course. I wrote as soon as I received an email from PayPal to notify me that the money had been deducted but it was according to Busuu too late as the seven days had expired- the money was deducted so as to make it impossible to react to the PayPal mail. This is a scam pure and simple and I will be doing my utmost to redress this wrong.
