I I waited for Goldstar to arrive in their announced time of 7 to 12. After that Goldstar said they would arrive at 3:15 pm. IAt 3:20 Goldstar called to say they could not be here until Monday. Totally unacceptable! Never use them! User's recommendation: Rotorooter.
