Lack of response to 2 emails

In January 2020 I requested that my auto-renewal be canceled. I received an email from Steve Rotblatt on 1/18/20 confirming that it had been canceled. Then in May I noticed that my credit card had been charged $19.95 on 5/11/20. I sent an email requesting a refund and have not received a response or a refund. rstl@***.com
