On 1 August 2021 we subscribed to Kylin TV Taiwan Pack On 2 August 2021, we were charged. On 3 August and 4 August 2021, we asked for the Kylin TV account to be cancelled. We told them that the person who was supposed to watch Kylin TV died suddenly - car accident. We asked for fees and charges to be refunded. To date, the account is still active. They have not responded or closed the account.
