I originally signed up to rent a storage unit size 8x13 . When my husband and I arrived to fill out papers we were told that as of yet the city had not granted usage for the top floors. The unit I wanted was on 3rd floor but no elevators approved yet. But Kimberly came to our rescue and got us a perfect unit on the first floor, close to the bay doors. This will cost us more but Kimberly got it for a discounted price. Overall, a good outcome. Metro Self Storage in Buffalo Grove is new and hasn't gotten all the kinks out.
