3 times this year in 9 months they have jacked up the price for this and that, let alone the last 2 years of increase. Started at $27.99/mo and now at $53.72/mo. Service didnt get better, never got new hardware, dont have added options....just keep jacking up price for nothing. Try to cancel and you get no special instructions for times/days rather sit on hold for 15 mins to get told to call back Monday. User's recommendation: Go with anyone else besides this company.
