Me and my now ex wife have had the timeshare for about 15 years and have NEVER used it once. I've went round and round with numerous "customer service" people and got nowhere with getting out of it until recently finally one supervisor said to just sign the deed back over to them. Why the *** didn't they say that in the first place??? I just wanted out of the damn thing. They just string it out as long as possible to keep taking your money. Took them over a month to send the paperwork to my ex wife. Then they say they haven't received it back and to call back next week. I call BS. They are a bunch of cons. Worst mistake of our lives!
