A lot of the reviews state this company is probably a scam but we use the same collection agency at my employer. This is truly a collection agency ( also known as ASA COLLECTION AGENCY) I know in my case, I ordered something from Annies knitting and they sent me in addition; beads as a gift, I later got another set of jewelry beads and a bill for $27.76. The bill included a letter stating that after keeping the gift , the impression was I liked the gift and needed to pay for it. So I did. I guess going forward, unless I ordered it Myself, I will RETURN ALL GIFTS
