4 hours before I was supposed to pick up rental car from LAX they deleted my account due to their obviously very flawed verification process. They said it was from one of their verification checks. Whats confusing is I dont have anything on my DMV report but an improper lane change ticket from 5 years ago. I drive part time for Lyft, Approved TSA precheck, above average credit, no criminal history, full time job...what more criteria do you need to simply rent a *** $40 a day car!?!? And then to put a cherry on top offer NO EXPLANATION whatsoever due to Turos apparently super secret verification process. Congratulations to whoever gets approved by them you must be quite the upstanding citizen.
