This has reference to IKEA ORDER [protected] We received one of the products (JONAXEL Storage combination) in a damaged condition. We immediately informed, also uploaded the photographs on 31 August. However Since then no one has come to collect or replace the damaged product. Every time we call your customer care, they promise to send some one, but no action has been taken till date. This is really causing a lot of problem for us, and we do not have energy to follow up anymore. And this is quite unlike IKEA - whom we have come to know for best quality and a very prompt service at all times. Can you please look into this on priority and resolve.
