Job is still not complete. Started May 25, 2021 today is August 10th and job is not complete yet.

The job was to install steel side door (basement door) and shower and tub. Door was installed on the same day and completed. The workers that installed the door where supposed to fix the entry wall behind the bath tub. There were 3 items that needed to be fixed, and they are the shower rod that holds the shower curtain- this has been replaced-job complete, the bath tub stopper that closes off the water when you want to take a bath-not working properly, and the hole in the door frame. West shore called me and confirmed appointments with me and only 1 job got completed, the 4th appointment was 08/9/21 they called and cancelled my appointment for today. I called customer service, no notes were put in their system explaining why the job was cancelled. Every department/supervisor that I was directed to was unable to give me an answer. Seems like workers are doing some under the table jobs. NOT HAPPY User's recommendation: DON'T USE WEST SHORE!!! YOU'LL BE SORRY.
