Jensen Tire Car Part Replacement Review from Washington, Missouri
1
SCAM ARTIST ALERT! I just went into Jensen tire off of 84th and center yesterday and I am now in the process of trying to get my money back from those well known scam artists. I agreed for the most expensive oil change which alone took over an hour and a half with no one else waiting but me. After over an hour, one of the guys came out and told me I needed new struts which would be $1200. After that, he disappears. He comes back out and tells me I won't make it home until I get a new battery, and that my battery is completely dead. Being a girl that does not know much about cars, I first saod no 3 times but was told I wouldn't possibly even make it down the street. i had my 8 month old son and worrying about being stranded on the side of the road, I agreed to purchase a new one. Later on yesterday, I found out my battery wasnt even 2 years old. i called this morning and the guy was stuttering and telling me it was completely dead and he had no idea where my battery was at from yesterday. I asked for the number of the company who picks them up and he refused to give it to me. DO NOT GO HERE.
