Jerk, s card readers on pumps and the two readers are worn out and do not read cards on a regular basis. My card works every time at other retailers but not at Jek, s. The employees even tell me they are a problem . The owner knows the problem but does nothing to remedy the problem. When a card does not read the workers expect you to pay. Luckily I have had enough cash on hand to pay. The problem is arrogant and not conducive to good buisness. They have lost my buisness until the problem is resolved. I will go to Exxon or other providers. Chevron has the right and the responsibility to force retailers to maintain or replace faulty equipment and I, as a customer, are requesting action!
