Why didn’t I think of looking at a few reviews before turning to this store? That would save me both nerves and time. I placed two orders 3 weeks ago. At first, I received an email confirming that both of them were processed. But then they called me and warned that both items from the second order were out of stock. They offered two options ― either to cancel the order or to wait. I agreed to wait as they assured me that it would not take much time. But now I see that it was a mistake. The first order arrived 2 weeks ago. No complaints about it. But the items from the second order are still unavailable. I decided to cancel it and to get a refund, but there is one problem ― I cannot get in touch with them. I still haven’t got an answer to my email which I sent yesterday.
