Item didn’t ship after 11 days

I understand shipping delays due to the corona virus pandemic. Their website says item shipped in two days. On the fourth day I checked in with them to ask if there were delays due to the pandemic and they said they were behind four days. A few days later I contacted them again and they said they were behind 5+ days. After seeing my item status was still in Packaging, I canceled my order. To their credit, they were very responsive when I sent them the two messages asking for status, I just wish I was given a more accurate timeline. I honestly just got tired of waiting. I ordered from another site and my item shipped the next day. I will buy from Tactical Wholesalers when things settle down. They are obviously super busy which is great for them. I would just like either a realistic shipping time frame given, or maybe an update from them after 11 days rather than me having to keep asking. User's recommendation: I may try them after things settle down.
