Item did not work. Customer service not good.

After receiving the item, inserted 2 new batteries, worked for about 2 seconds then stopped. Tested 2 more batteries which were fully charged and inserted them. Item was dead. Called customer service and explained the problem. They took down information then told me I needed to take a video of the item not vibrating and send it to them. (I don’t take videos and send them to people I don’t know.) She then said she would involve people higher up and they would get back to me next week. Not a nice experience.
