Update by user Aug 20, 2018 I have yet ANOTHER update that's not an update, as per usual: Someone named Chelsea T. responded to my last Facebook message last Thursday (8/16) afternoon, saying that someone from my local HUB would reach out to me in 24-48 hours. It is now Monday (8/20) afternoon...
