It is 2019, why is the lid still so hard to open

After a few years, how come you haven't redesign the cap on the afrin bottle? It is so hard to open. The product inside works well, but the lid design is awful.

》 Idiot design. Child proof? No PEOPLE PROOF. I will nit by another Afrin product. You have to take a “users Course” to open it. Probably one of the dumbest designs.
