It has been a nightmare

On Dec. 8 it took me 2 hours to get a competent person at Harry and David to help me. She finally fixed my order. 24 hours later I received an email from a person who did not have the authority to change anything. She had changed an order that was not in dispute. For 6 hours I tried to work with customer service. Nobody was competent enough to correct the employees error. People were rude. Finally after trying to work with people who do not have a working knowledge of English. I gave up. I instructed them to cancel my orders. I called my credit card company and put a block on anything that will ever be billed by Harry and David. User's recommendation: Don’t do business with Harry and David or the companies related to them.
