Issues with Pay Pal

Several times I have ordered on line and paid with Pay Pal. In several instances I am notified by Pay Pal the transaction is completed and then get a notification from NF that there is a issue. Numerous calls to Pay Pal and NF ALWAYS ends with the issue at NF NOT PayPal. Their system appears to be inadequate and they accept the money THEN cancel your order. Fortunately PayPal can process a cancellation. BUT it burns several hours of my time to get it done. So either pay with a credit card which given their inadequate system has to be a serious risk or find another vendor or source. Their customer service hold time is an hour and their attitude is terrible. North Face is not a good company period.
