Issues with NTB in Fayetteville

I took my Honda SUV into the Fayetteville NTB on 4/17/2018 at 8:15am. The services I need were a power steering pump, a lower ball joint on the passenger side, a universal belt, and front brake pads. I was told that this will be done by the end of the day. I stayed there until 10:30 am when a tech finally touched the car. I had someone take me home from the shop. I was told I could pick my car up at 5 or 6 pm that day. Rod, one of the workers told me everything was done on my car that needed done, all I needed was my brake pads installed and he left. The mechanic left to service my car thought all he had to do was replace the belt, and front brake pads. However, none of what should have been done was completed. The mechanic and the front desk person stayed until 12 midnight working on my car. By now we were all worn out. The mechanic Josh dropped me at home so my car could be completed 4/18/2018. I paid $800 and something dollars for services that were not completed. Ozzie the manager took me to get a rental car on 4/18/2018 at 10:45 am. I had to pay $250 on my credit card to reserve the car until I return the rental. I was told my car, again by Ozzy, that my car will be completed by the end of the day. I asked the shop to please keep me informed of their progress. I never received any calls. I called twice, at 1:00 to see how far they had gotten. I was told by the front desk she will call me back to let me know. I never received the call. I called again about 4 pm. I was told by Rod that my car was ready. I told him I was on my way. I dropped the rental off at Enterprise in Fayetteville. By the time Enterprise drove me back to NTB, Enterprise was closing. I got out the car, went inside to NTB and was told by Rod that my car was not ready. He stated he left a message on my home phone, not my cell phone as I asked him before to put it in the system so I can get my calls when I am out and about. At 6:00 pm, I could not get another rental. All were closed. Came to find out that the wrong pump is on my car, and the ball joint had not been done. By now it is 7:00 pm and the store was closing. The mechanic Josh took me home again. This morning 4/19/2018, Ozzy, the manager picked me up at 6:45 am to take me to work because I still do not have my car and have paid for the service. I will have to find a way home from work today. My elderly mother will not make her doctor's appointment because I do not have my car. I am at my wits end trying to understand this. I have been having my car serviced with this NTB for years. I stopped coming for about two years because the service was horrible. I decided to give them another try this time, and the results were worst. I have been off work for 2 days for nothing trying to get my car serviced. I am also sending this information to the Better Business Bureau as well, and my lawyer who will start procedures if I do not get my car back today. I will also contact Consumer Affairs to try to get this issue resolved as soon as possible. However, I was able to retrieve my car at 5:00 pm, 4/19/2018 and in the end I did receive a $150 credit to my bill. I am still traumatized about the issue.
