Just bought a brand -new mop it's not worth what I paid it's not even been used got it yesterday evening and tried to use it today. It fell apart store will not take it back since it's been opened what kinda rip off company are you trying to run take the money and give them nothing or just give the something that's rigged to fall apart and then don't answer a phone. Nothing is being done to fix this issue. User's recommendation: Don't buy anything from them they are thieves.
