The staff there, receptionist, admin dentists are super helpful and really nice - they contact you when needed, make you feel welcomed they are professional. The treatment I had was supposed to last a year I have been wearing plastic retainers for 2 years... for the amount of money I payed it does not add up! I was charged £4, 000 for my teeth. Then recently asked to asked t pay £100 to replace my lost retainers then asked to pay £250 for surgery needed for my gap that they did not manage to close. I asked for a payment plan for the £250 A Dr aggressively responded with "we are not a charity". So disappointing and rude! Never again! I have all my emails as proof over the last 2-3 years.
