I purchased a two for one ticket for$12 on the 23/8/12 . I had to suddenly go back to the uk because my father was very ill and Only arrived back in Australia two days ago . I explained this to the lady in the petrol station but she said it was out of her hands. Surely under certain circumstances it would have been kinder to give me another car wash ticket . I regularly use the car wash and have never gone over before, I also fill up with petrol and use your store for my grocery shopping. I must say I was extremely disappointed in the service.
