The internet speed is never what they sold me and there customer service labyrinth only ends up wastung hours on hold and being transfered. Recently the changed their online billing portal and I couldn't access the bill pay portion. It tokk five days of calls, 8 plus hours, 9 different and always changing reps to tell me that yes, they could see it wasn't working but they couldn't figure out why and they had to pit me back on paper billing. II paid the bill and then a day later a threatening disconnection notice. All of it was their failure of promised services. Why has the FCC not taken care of this bad actor company!
