Intentionally difficult to make principal payment, rude

Customer service reps are terribly rude on the phone. The website is misleading regarding principal payments, and the process is made intentionally difficult...what other company doesn't accept principal payments online IN THE SAME WAY REGULAR PAYMENTS ARE MADE?! I'm legitimately considering getting rid of my Toyota for this reason alone. What a blatant devaluation of the customer.
