Insane Wait Times to make a simple change

I had the wrong name on my hotel reservation, I waited at least two hours on hold and the call dropped. Called back and never got to a human after ANOTHER hour and 45 minutes. Called again in the AM and waited on hold for an additional THREE HOURS. Totally unacceptable!!!!!! User's recommendation: Use Priceline, Hotels.com, or Anything else.. TERRIBLE.
