Unable to get assistance for my issue. When I called I listened to a message that said not to expect an immediate response. Staff is limited to COVID-19. User's recommendation: Just make sure all information is correct. Including YOUR last bid. Once you pay all history is removed and you cannot contact anyone to correct the issue.
