I ordered the Inflatable Pry Bar and Leveling Tool; 400 LB Rating 400lbs / BUY 4 GET 2 FREE (6 PACK) for $79.98 I used PayPal as mean of payment I only received 1, I emailed the seller he offered me a 35% refund which I refused telling him that this was a joke. Then another email, offering me a 50% refund which was again refused. I then called PayPal, this process took place over a period of 2 months. PayPal advised me to open a dispute/claim since I was dealing with an international seller. Then I was asked to return the item with a tracking number at the sellers address which was in China. By the way the seller as several addresses across the world one in England, One in California, but he still opted as the Chinese address for the return. The shipping costed $33.60 only $30. was covered by PayPal. Then Then shipped the item on March 29th, 2019, and on April 11th, 2019, the parcel was held in Customs. On April 15th, 2019, I then called USPS the courier used for the return., asking them what was happening. They had no more information more then the website was giving. I was advised from USPS to wait 2-3 days for the release of the parcel and if no change as showing on their website, I had to call USPS international. The agent advised me that the parcel was held because I had to pay Chinese duty even if it was returned merchandise. All this time the seller had my money. Now I just want to inform all of you of this seller. All the emails sent to the seller were responded from two person of the seller, one of them was Aria and the other was Sasa. BEWARE
