Incompetent & Unprofessional Customer Service

Three different representative all providing me with different information. First representative provided me with inaccurate billing information and added services I did not ask for. Second representative transferred my call without notice or warning as to who I was being transferred to. Last representative was completely incompetent as she was unable to answer any of my questions, was not listening to what I was asking of her and giving me information not applicable to what I needed/wanted. When asked to be transferred to a supervisor she was surprised and asked why. She didn't like my response and it took a total of 5 minutes of back and forth just to be transferred to a supervisor. I despise TWC/Spectrum.
