Incompetent Billing and Denied Benefits

Three years ago, I switched to the Christus Health Plan to save a few dollars on my monthly premiums. What a mistake it was to place confidence in an organization that is plagued with an inaccurate, inefficient and erroneous billing system. They bill for premiums already paid and deny payments for items like women's wellness exams covered under the Affordable Care Act. They have a limited network of doctors and hospitals so if anything major comes up, you'll get no help, not even their Christian-based prayers. Nearly every doctor visit or test involved has created time-consuming billing discrepancies that I must call or write about. My advice is to stay as far away as possible from Christus Health Plans.
