I used ExpressScripts once many years only because I had to. My medication was too expensive and wasn't covered at the pharmacy. I called in to ask questions. I could tell the girl answering was not in an office - I totally heard a baby screaming in the background and she wasn't even paying attention to me on the call. I had to ask several times if she was even still on the line. I can't believe these people are responsible for helping our elderly population who often have no choice. Totally unacceptable service when dealing with medication. All about profit and not people. Pathetic. Also, NBCnews did a story on them in January of 2021 - not favorable at all. ExporessScripts needs new leadership. I will continue to pay a lot more for my meds at my local pharmacy because they actually give a *** User's recommendation: Avoid at all costs.
