Inadequate Customer Service

1

I have turned in my lease and the balance has been satisfied. I have recently received a letter in the mail stating I have an outstanding balance. Here's the kicker...my outstanding balance is ZERO, but I have been sent to the collections department. When I call the collections department they are showing I owe over $500, but the 'Lease End' department has a ZERO balance. I checked my credit and Hyundai Motor Credit has reported me to the credit bureau and it is affecting my credit. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MONDAY MORNING TO RIP INTO THEM. One department doesn't communicate with the other!!!! VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! GET IT TOGETHER! I owe you ZERO!!!! User's recommendation: If your don't RE-Lease with Hyundai, they will screw you over!!
