Unfortunately, I bought an Audi A1 from their garage in Fleet. They truly only care about selling cars with all possible extra features and warranty but their post-sales service is the worst I've ever seen in my life. Car was purchased with extra RAC insurance (1081 pounds for 2 years time) and since the beginning, it started showing a problem with the DPF (diesel model). Their post-sales service always refused to call the car back for inspections in a reasonable time schedule until the car lost power and became impossible to drive it. I brought it back to Audi which suspect it is a problem with the Turbo and I've engaged with a solicitor to get a prompt answer from Imperial. I was then finally able to book the car in with them and after another terrible customer service support, they confirmed they do not have any courtesy car for the next 2 weeks. There was no lift back home and they truly did not care about all the issues they are causing with their very unprofessional and unethical service. During a call with the Sales manager based in Fleet, he also confirmed that there are no consumer rights on the car and that people should not assume that. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!
