Imaginary account

I have an active account with U.S. Cellular and they are unaware of MRSBPO and the $573 bill they have marked up my credit report with. How can mark up my credit with a fake bill and the company they supposedly work for isnt involved with them and not only that but its kind of difficult to be turned into collections before your bill is even delinquent.
