I’m not getting emails

First weeks ago I tried sending Google Docs and slides and it didn't work, now I'm trying to change how I log in on Squarespace and I have to get a conformation email and that doesnt work either. I did cancel my Wix subscription weeks ago and the domain it's attached to isn't active. But shouldn't still work because I'm still paying for it?
