A couple years ago they told us we owed them 2000 because they paid another insurance company. After calling our proper insurance to ensure we were still covered we informed Selene Finance that we would not pay so they suddenly changed their tune. Now they are trying to say our mortgage increased by 400.00 a month due to them paying into our escrow for two years. Stating we owe them this money and they wait two years to tell us. By law they are supposed to do an annual analysis. They often mail mortgage statements late. Alwaus have excuses like claiming computer glitch. This company has shady business practices and needs to be shut down for good! Time to report them to State Attorney General’s office and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
