Acquired Platinum level. App put me back as Gold level. Donations for next level not working properly. IGive points not being awarded as advertised. The More you give, the more you get points being withheld. Next Available Donation in app changed for no reason, big inconvenience since my schedule changed. Missed points. Etc. User's recommendation: Staff is pleasant but points for pay doesn't pay as advertised. No phone number for app issues. Donation center can't help with app problems since they don't maintain it. Reporting bugs and feedback gets no response.
