1. it took 3+ months finally receive my shipment 2. 1/2 of the stuffs of my shipment are totally damaged, can't be used anymore 3.called their CS hotline and not one ever picked up 4. sent them the form to claim for insurance and have never heard back from them since If you want to add more work to your post-relocation to where you are moving, then use them. I am filing a case with HK consumer consult about this company. I will file a policy file on this company 'cause some actions they made could be consider crime of fraud.
