And let's face it, there are older people here as well, that like delivery. They also like shopping for the best deal that evening for dinner! This would not be it I'm afraid. They don't give you an opportunity to enter the last 4 digits of your account linked to PayPal, when trying to enter your visit online, so I gave customer service a call. She proceeds to tell me it's not a qualified visit, because it was picked up through a 3rd party vendor! So I order food from them, pay with my card and another person picks it up, because Carrabba's doesn't deliver in my neighborhood and it's not a qualified visit? Huh?? Why? Because their app doesn't have logic for this scenario?? The least they could do is add a disclaimer stating you will not earn rewards if they don't deliver to you! And BTW - They deliver to my old neighborhood which is further away from them than where I currently live, but apparently they don't have my current neighborhood on their radar, because I guess it's a new community that is not completed yet? I'm guessing here. Ba Bye Carrabba's, Outback, Bonefish and Flemings! There are plenty of other places UberEats can deliver from! Not only is this bad business and on a thin line of unethical, but you are sure to loose lots of delivery business this way. In the end, I know this is my fault for not reading the fine print, but I will never use these restaurants again when ordering delivery and it probably won't be that important to me to return for dine-in either. You want me to go out of my way to do business with you? OK - Doesn't make sense to me, but if it works for others, I guess you're good!
