The guy is very unprofessional in dealing with issues. He throws little mini tantrums like a kid, it's very uncomfortable. Also he talks to the workers like there nothing which sets a bad tone with the people actually building your home. he has absolutely no communication skills. Would rather just burst out in a childish embarrassing tantrum than talk in any kind of professional mannerism. He thinks and acts like he's better than me everyone. Hard to believe Dr Horton has this guy representing there name. I do recommend the builder but NOT Chris. He works in Lakeville, MN developments.
