I wouldn’t suggest shopping at this site even to someone who I couldn’t stand

I placed an order on Nov 25th after I saw an ad to the right of my facebook page for Women's Australian boots for $22. A savings of 117% plus free shipping on your first order. I planned on them being a Christmas gift to ME from Santa. Immediately the money was pulled from my bank account. December 11th, I got an email stating they were very busy, but promised to have my item arrive in time for Christmas. It did not I got another email on December 29th, that the boots were shipped, and they also gave me a tracking number but advised it could take up to 48 hours to update. It never did, January 2, I emailed them, asking where my boots were. My email was sent at 12:53. Exactly one minute later, at 12:54.. I got a pretty long email from "Joseph" stating that my order was reviewed he was sorry to report that my boots were lost in transit and they'd issue me a full refund in 5-7 business days. I knew something was fishy after seeing how quickly they responded. In one minute, he looked into and typed all that? I don't think so. So I called the customer service phone number. She was tired, aggravated, but did her best too really look into it, and all she could tell me was that the tracking # was invalid, and she'd send my matter to corporate. I asked for a manger. That's when she told me, they were only a CALL CENTER and infact NOT customer service. So I emailed Joseph BACK to ask why I was given a fictitious tracking number. His email again came very quickly and he was sorry to inform me (excuse #2) that by the time I ordered those boots, they were already out of stock because the suppliers didn't provide nomorerack with enough to meet the demands of all the orders. Again he said he'd refund me. (As of yet, he still has not) So I thought it was over I got another email, this time, it was from "Jane" as if Jane was unaware this matter had been handled by Joseph, she provided another excuse. I wrote back to Jane and explained that I THOUGHT Joseph had handled it, and didn't understand why Jane wrote back to me also after I thought my matter was resolved. After closer inspection.. both Joseph and Janes emails were word for word EXACT. That's when I realized, no one was looking into, or handling anything, and these are stepford type emails. 3 days ago.. January 3rd.. I got another shipping notification email from nomorerack with another tracking #, that doesn't work. I wrote back to "Jane" demanding to know IF I'd be getting a REFUND OR my boots. I suggested someone get a clue.. and said somethings that probably weren't nice.. and Jane wrote back and said, she so sorry to tell me, there are no boots.. they never had enough to meet the Christmas demands, and it's all the suppliers fault. So WHY then I asked do I keep on receiving notifcations that they were SHIPPED.. Now I'm getting SUPER angry. Jane's last email to me was that, I'd be receiving a FULL refund for my inconvenience of not receiving the boots by the promised date, and I could possible still maybe expect to see them sometime at some point. I may end up getting them after all. However, still no boots still no refund. Don't ever, ever order anything from these people. Total scammers, one department has no clue what the other is doing.. there is NO customer service, the emails are just pretyped computer generated responses. Nomorerack needs to be reported, shut down, and locked up. Complete scam artist. I'm disgusted and angry. Worst online shopping experience EVER, and I do A LOT of online shopping as I have health issues and am on permanent disability. Big disappointment. Those boots looked like uggs, and I wanted them. I can't walk in heals, I need flat shoes, as I have balance problems.. and I've never had uggs, being on SSD you don't make a whole lot.. so those boots just seemed like they'd be perfect! I'm so mad. I wouldn't suggest shopping at this site even to someone who I couldn't stand.
