I had been suffering from a horrible abbsessed tooth and went in to this practice to have a refferal to my regular oral surgion . When i went into my appt they gave me xrays etc which were actually painful . then when I asked to get a refferal they said oh well we can extract the tooth , then she went on to tell me I needed more extracted and I did not underestand why I could not have some root canals and not all extractions , seemed like they wanted to extract all my teeth and not give me a better option even at first . no cleanings offered etc . then I scedualed the actual extraction instead of having to wait to see my oral surgion , she said it would be a simple extraction without pain afterword . so I went in the next day and they went about extracting the tooth and right in the middle of me being out of it and under diress she said i should have two others ones extracted as well at this time , I was nervous and out of it and scared so went ahead and gave her an okay to get them out as well because she told me they were awful and again she said oh they are lose and will be easy to extract , NO NO NO , they were not , the first one broke off and had to be surgically removed , which from what I understand they are not supposed to do unless it is emergent , it took ten minutes , a ridiculous amount of time (I have had a few teeth extracted this way and it take no more than a few mins at most ) then she went on to the other one and it took about 26 mins to get it removed or more , she almost broke my jaw ! she actually had the lady tech hold my JAW and told her to not let go while she tried to pull the tooth instead of cutting it out at the beggining of it being difficult to remove ! She hit the botto and upper part of my other teeth several times ! Then she decided to get the surgical knife and cut it out , it took her a very long time and I could tell she was cutting where she was not supposed to cut ! she butchered me completly , had to sew me up which was not even done well , the stitches came out in 48 hours and left exposed bone and area of my gums . I was so shocked i walked out in a trance after all this . not only this i take pain medication regular for lupus , bone issues etc and my pain dr told them she could right me extra pain meds to take every 4 hours , she refused after thi being something of a major dental surgery . The pain afterword was horrendous , I took me norco and every pain over the counter pain med i could to try and releive pain , the pain was so much i layed in bed for three days crying , my husband looked inside my mouth and was appalled and the butchering job they did to my mouth . I now have had to scedual an appt with my regular oral surgion to fix what they have done to my teeth and gums and most likely will have to have bone shaved off etc . I have never had dental pain more than 5 days tops , this is now over a week ago and I am still in pain and am having ptsd from my experience with them . They are unprofessional and barbaric at best . DO NOT GO HERE ! not unless you want to have to deal with unrelenting pain and people who do not care about your well being . I know others have said it but I have already hired a lawyer who is actually taking my case against these butchers ! I would never want anyone else to experience what I have ...
