I was charged and wasn’t able to unlock a bike

I was charged for a ride and wasn’t able to unlock a bike. I thought it was the bike station so I went to one down the bike and it asked if I wanted to buy another pass. I wasn’t able to even use the pass that I paid for. I want my money back, I don’t want a credit because I’m never using citi bikes again. This has happened multiple time and there hasn’t been any resolution.
