I was charge for 3 different shipping items when I agree to pay one shipping and now have already changed the for items

I chose 1 items for shipping 4.99 2 other items were sent and I charge for shipping on each one and now they are charging me full amount a total of 238.00 User's recommendation: Do not order from here.
