I Want the Merchandise or money back!

I ordered/purchased from Eagle City, which was powered by Shopify on Feb. 10, 2019, it was a skull handbag for $29.99, order #1230. six days later I receive an email from them saying that it's on its way. To this day I have not received it and I attempted to email them to no avail, the contact info. comes back as non-existing! I want it or my money back! Crista Downey
